When you browse and use our websites you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.  By using, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to Small Biz Folk and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes.  If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as your agreement.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements.  Whilst we work hard to ensure all resources and materials are accurate and error free, we undertake no responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors found, and always suggest that you undertake your own due diligence before following any advice or investing in any product or service advertised.

MEMBERSHIP

Our membership policies are simple.  Be kind, be considerate, be compassionate, and non-judgemental.  We work hard to keep our community safe.  All discussion inside our private community spaces is to remain private and not shared elsewhere.  Anyone found to be in breach of these policies will have their account reviewed and a warning issued, or in case of a serious breach, their membership terminated without refund.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You are free to cancel your membership at any time.  If you signed up via Paypal, you can cancel your payments directly from your Paypal account.  If you signed up using a credit or debit card via Stripe, you can cancel if you have access to your Stripe account, or simply message me to cancel – no reason necessary.  Simply email:  Julia@smallbizfolk.com 

MEMBERSHIP FEES
The price you sign up to the membership is the price you pay for the lifetime of your time with us.  If increases are announced, this WILL NOT affect current members.  We never increase fees for our existing members. 

If you leave and decide to rejoin however, the price you rejoin at will be the current membership price at that time. 

Small Biz Folk reserves the right to deny access to our website, membership service or information at our sole discretion, with no reason given. 

PRIVACY TERMS

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect about you to solely provide the services that we offer to you.  We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all information provided by you.

Financial details such as credit card information, are not seen or handled by ourselves.

The website and membership area contains resources and materials which are owned by Small Biz Folk.  This includes but is not limited to, the design, layout, wording, appearance, graphics, and copyright ownership. 

You are free to download, print, and use resources, documents, and materials for your own personal use only.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, gift, share, republish, upload, or distribute to others – online or otherwise, for commercial gain or otherwise – any of the resources, documents, or materials that you have access to.

Small Biz Folk reserves all copyright, and has the right to take action against you if you breach any of these terms.

BUSINESS COMPETITORS

If you are in the business of creating similar documents, goods or services for the purpose of providing, gifting, or selling, through a business or other – you are deemed as a competitor of Small Biz Folk and therefore are not permitted to access, download, or obtain any documents or information from our websites, either yourself or through a third party.  In the event of this occurring, Small Biz Folk will hold you fully responsible for any financial or reputational loss we may suffer, and will hold you accountable and follow legal instruction.
